Working in the community, for the community
At YogaBears, our aim is to develop our adults of tomorrow into strong, happy and healthy individuals, enabling our children to grow into their teens and beyond with purpose and a strong sense of who they are in today’s ever-changing world.
We teach children the ABC’s of yoga to develop the mind, body and soul, using a unique, colourful recipe of yoga postures designed specifically to holistically support the child in their early years of development and beyond.
YogaBears is for children aged 2-12 years old and is taught at the centre every Saturday 12:30 – 1:30pm by Lucy.
Classes are £7.70 per child, £12 for 2 siblings; £15 for 3 siblings; or £30 for a 4-class card.
